TSR's Birthright campaign world was very well done from a coherency standpoint. Not surprising considering it was one of the last ones so they had a lot of practice at that point. But even Cerilia suffered from too small a scale on the continent maps, and too low a population density. Hmm... sounds pretty unlikely to me, considering that a FR television show is in the works, not to mention the lucrative book and computer software deals revolving around that particular world.
