With the > animal comes strange and > unknown disease. The disease spreads fast and within > few months it affects > about 25-35% of population of Karameikos I like the idea, but personally I think that only one animal cannot cause all this mess. Maybe the best thing would be to have a group of three or four ships that have visited some faraway land (like Yavdlom or some place in Davania - Yavdlom would be better because you said the curse doesn't affect demihumans and the Yavi are half-elves) return, with the members of the crew already affected by the disease, plus there are the monkeys that will be used for something like a zoo or a circus where a lot of people would get in touch with them. Moreover, I'd suggest you to start the whole thing only in Specularum and limit the effect to the main cities: this would show even better the difference between Traladarans and Thyatians when the drug-addiction hits. If you take a look at the population numbers given for Karameikos I think you would still have the same % of deaths and drug-addicted if you keep the disease mostly limited to the cities. > Obviously, Immortals are beyond. Well, there's no need to involve Immortals...it could also be just bad luck. Remember that with Immortals, when some Sphere makes an action, there is always a counteraction from another Sphere. But if you like this idea, I'd suggest Masauwu, Loki or, maybe, Atzanteotl. I've drawn an horrendous bitmap map for Nentsun's Inner Circle, although it presents also the tentative names of the Outer Circle's kingdoms. However, all informations about the Outer Circle is very probably subject to change a lot. The numbers on the map are written in black and I realize that they're nerly impossible to read... I know, it's a mess but at least it will give an idea to map drawers like Mr.Sarlat. Maybe this could be intended as a hint. Hint: Thib, please, could you draw me a good map? 8-) To see where this Nentsun would lie in my opinion, take Christian Constantin's map of Skothar (at Thibault's) and look at it's northeastern part, where there is written M-Tibet. One of its north-eastern tips is Nentsun's Inner Circle. You will notice that the area is really small and the kingdoms too are small, but I think that we have enough giantish empires that fill millions of square miles and must be detailed, so I prefer relying on small areas, so that we have more variey and room left for others to write their own ideas too. If anybody has suggestions for the Outer Circle... To the members of the Skothar group (M-Almanac), well, you see, it will take some time before we can introduce those areas... 8-) Iulius Sergius Scaevola Captain of the XXth Cohort Port Lucinius, Thyatis ______________________________________________________________________ Scarica il nuovo Yahoo!
