I have been looking at the almanac site, and trying to download some of the additional stuff, but these are all unavailable: THE ALFHEIM WARS (circa AC 1007) THE EMPIRE OF SELHOMARR THE HISTORY OF LITTONIA ZOLTAN THE TREEKEEPER Will these be reappearing anytime soon? I've read them some time ago, and I was planning on using some of this stuff in my own campaign. I like George Hrabovsky's idea of having the Frost Giants being worshippers of Hel. Ive been thinking about portraing them as a dark version of norse culture. However, Giants usually live in much smaller communities than humans, and this should affect their culture. They are probably highly self sufficient. Also they use Polar bears and wolves as servants (Polar Bears in Rockhome..hmm..why not?), and they probably have some magical abilities that thelp them to train and control these beasts. Just random thoughts... Havard --- Ville V Lahde skrev: > Recently I've been doing a lot of game.designing > around Frost Giants, as > I'm in the process of designing a giant clan in > Rockhome. Has anyone else used Heldann in their campaigns? Has anyone run, or thought about running a Heldannic Knights campaign? Im looking for campaing ideas, adventure hooks etc that could be useful in starting such a campaign. Thanks! PS: Any good websites on the Teutonic Knights or other historical info that could be used as background for Heldann is appreciated. Anyway, for anyone that owns it, I was curious if there are stats given for Bargle's cousin Sverdlov in the module, as well as any other relevant information about this character. It goes on to say that the Eye is being studied by his apprentice, Aurelian, and he is the main wizard in this low level adventure. Hope this helps! :) Multizar the Mage > From: Andrew Theisen > Reply-To: Mystara RPG Discussion > To: MYSTARA-L@ORACLE.WIZARDS.COM > Subject: [MYSTARA] Question about DDA3: Eye of Traldar > Date: Tue, 19 Feb 2002 18:42:59 -0800 > > I think that's the proper module... > > Anyway, for anyone that owns it, I was curious if there are stats given for > Bargle's cousin Sverdlov in the module, as well as any other relevant > information about this character. > > If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. > > ******************************************************************** > The Other Worlds Homepage: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/OtherWorlds.asp > The Mystara Homepage: http://www.dnd.starflung.com/ > To unsubscribe, send email to LISTSERV@ORACLE.WIZARDS.COM > with UNSUB MYSTARA-L in the body of the message. > _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx ------------------------------ End of MYSTARA-L Digest - 18 Feb 2002 to 19 Feb 2002 (#2002-50) ***************************************************************
