If you get a chance, please take a look at my weapon tables and special effects at... http://home.earthlink.net/~scottludwig/schloss.htm ...I'm anxious to hear any comments or suggestions you may have. The above sounds reasonable and a good comprise between the 3E Half-Orcs and the "traditional" view of Half-Orcs in a Mystara setting. Its a LOT better then the way Orcs and Half-Orcs are treated in GAZ 10. To follow up: 1-Yes some of the ESDs are online, but where possible I prefer to have an actual printed book in my hands. 2-Looking at the recent sales of B1-9 on ebay, they are easily going for over $50 on average. It might take a while before I get my hands on one of these. 3-As for the modules having implausible elements, that's no problem for me. I always change things in modules to have a bit more "realism" then the way they are written (for example the distribution/density of the monsters and the amount/type of treasures found). Just wanted >to know.... >> From the limited feedback I have seen, it doesn't look like your the only one who tries to keep his campaign material as closely tied to the cannon GAZ 1000 material as possible. I get the feeling many people use the GAZs as a starting point for their campaigns and slowly add new things as time goes by (based on my experiences with other game systems/players). I go by a different route as you probably noticed by now.
