Greetings, I was only ever a very occasional poster, but I've enjoyed reading the lists for years. Now, after various Plot Complications, am looking to see if there are any Mystara players or GMs in West Los Angeles. For last half year been in a local group meeting Thursday nights, playing Call of Cthulhu, Unknown Armies, Exalted. The Exlated DM just got offered lots of money to take a job hundreds of miles away ... So we're considering what to do next -- and have at least one other Mystara enthusiast in the group, and would like to pack the deck. I've been buying Mytara stuff for years (decades ...) but haven't actually run any yet. Though reading the list and sites I see lots of "Gee! That looks like fun!" introductory scenarios. Are there any rosters of Mystara members that have been updated this millenium? Thanks, Lyndon Off Topic -- Real Life Plot Complication and Health Advisory: Thyroid cancer is not reliably detected in routine blood tests. When one doctor actually did briefly and gently lay hands on my throat in an annual checkup he found a 7 centimeter tumor (that check was one of the "little things" left off by the previous 3 HMO doctors in a hurry over the past few years ...) Two surgeries and radiation treatment were fully successful, and one-year full body scan showed zero leftovers. The hot tip is to annually or so get someone with practice to check for suspicious lumps. Takes a few second per year ... ------------------------------ End of MYSTARA-L Digest - 25 Apr 2003 to 27 Apr 2003 (#2003-111) ****************************************************************
