Bingo. http://search.yahoo.com ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 24 May 2003 08:54:38 -0700 From: Lyndon Wizards email lists Subject: Chaotic Neutral (abstract, non-flame) I'd treat a Chaotic Neutral as someone who runs by enthusiasm and whim. They tend not start a lot more than they finish, and are undependable, but do not have either a mean streak (as a CE would) or an altruistic moral compass (as a CG would). They might have grudges, but don't have the perservance for a sustained feud. With high charisma they might be a charming con man. With high intelligence they might be a good mad scientist (or wizard), who tends to forget "boring" details of inventions or schemes. With high wisdom they have insight and are great to talk to for crisis counseling, but poor at showing up on time for regularly scheduled work. These tend to live for the moment, with more dreams than achievements, and is perhaps the alignment most enhanced by shifting to 3E as they can multi-class all over the landscape, being a jack of all trades, but definetly a master of none. I've bumped into this kind of person at work (and in traffic) but don't have really well known RW examples leaping to mind. Geoff __________ Ulysses and Haldemar, for instance, and every other openly-indipendent adventurer (who is not actively searching for opportunities to save maidens and defend outraged widows), should be considered CN. At least, as long as they are not entirely vowed to the service of a nation or a faith, but mostly to their own goals.
