I had the same messages too. As long as messages are getting through, I wouldn't worry, but I will notify Wizards of the problem, though. What is the address to Itheldown Island? I finally got my site to work again, so here is the URL of my Ravenloft/Mystara page. http://www.xtreme-gaming.com/theotherside/Ravenloft.php Now that my site is up and running again, I have this desire to start adding more stuff to it. In particular Mystara stuff. Call it nostaligic. Tim -- Timothy S. Someone "must have" found a decent spell for it by now. It might even be as simple as two mages casting a Duel-Shield or some variant. For a treatment of site security versus siege and transport magic, have a look at some of the RoleMaster spell lists. I believe the bulk of the stuff is in the Alchemical Companion.--- On Tue 07/08, John Calvin < chimpman.geo@YAHOO.COM > wrote:I guess what I was really trying to explore though, was using gates (the spell)as a way of moving troops around... especially during WotI. For example, what's to stop some Alpher mage from 1) openning a gate to a demi-plane, andmoving his troops (and himself) into the demi-plan. 2) openning a gate fromthe demi-plane into the center of Thyatis city, and unleashing his army on anunsuspecting populace. _______________________________________________ Join Excite! - http://www.excite.com The most personalized portal on the Web! ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 11 Jul 2003 15:28:22 -0700 From: Kar Ess Subject: Re: Mystaros' "Barovia/Karameikos" article? Am not sure what you mean, the address to Itheldown Island? I meant I placed the first Ravenloft adventure on Itheldown Island, in Lake Amsorak, in the Republic of Darokin. It just didn't seem to fit Karemeikos. "Itheldown Island, in Lake Amsorak, is the site of Itheldown Castle. The ruins of the castle are rumored to be the source of a curse that plagues shipping from time to time." The above quote is why I placed it there.
