Just started out with Veiled Society Adventure (module B6). It worked out great. The party helped the procession and attended a banquet, where they flirted with the nobles and ambassadors. A lot of the PCs had the hots for the ambassador of Glantri, and they noticed the Ylari ambassador wincing at the PC when one kissed her hand. The player's eventually went to the Inn, but I couldn't divide them up, and eventually they paid a large amount of money, made good Diplomacy rolls to all the PCs double up in a room. Inn keeper remarked that we don't allow that kind of thing here... Shady looking characters glaring at the PCs abruptly left outside, three PCs followed. Outside they were approached by Veiled Society members and recruited. Inside 3 other PCs were approached by Theosius, and hired for a different sort of mission. In the morning, PCs investigated the hysterical Goodwife Thanato's cellar where they almost perished from 6 zombies if it wasn't for the will of Halav to turn back the foul creatures. The party moved on to another cellar to find a hooded figure just opening the trapdoor. The PCs bruised him up and interrogated them. I was amazed at the player's creativity in creating their PCs, especially when being introduced to Mystara the first time. The part make up was: 1 - Thyatian Aristocrat (talks about the "save the pepples") 2 - Traladaran Druid with raven friends, "Bird-Man" 3 - Hin Sorcerer (calls everyone "biggins") with pet toad 4 - Traladaran Cleric of Halav 5 - Dorine gypsie pscion (flirts with the noble women) 6 - Traladaran Rogue (collector of antiquities, silent type) 7 - Vyalian Fighter/Wizard (specializes in archery) __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
