So there are these clans only in Minrothad...right? I'm trying to find out all the Dwarven clans of the official (and unofficial) products. I'll let you know what I can come up with. Since they all come from the Dwarven migration to Glantri, which originally came from Rockhome, they are probably new clans, formed by the Glantrian survivors. I would assume they were originally from the Sirklist and/or Skarrad clan. IN the mean time, while I procrastinate about doint my Perl homework assigments... There will have to be two things documented, the PC write-up and also the monster manual write up. Personally I am more interested in the PC write-up, etc. The one good thing about D&D3e, is that there is good mechanical rules to make playing characters of this nature. :-) I would like to integrate all material in the D&D-verse on this. I also saw a lot of ideas from Changling, the Immortal, I think it was called. Here, they described the Seelie and Unseelie, and they described the Dreamworld. They also had a nice-looking troll as a fey. I guess this would be the good troll? Anyway, the first phase is to just integrate the one's covered in the PC1 booklets. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Followup: the other supplement was Changling: The Dreaming. Wow, I haven't read that book in a while. Anyway, I did a write up on the Satyr a while back and posted: http://www.realmspace.com/rpg/races/sat_kara.html These Satyrs live within the Karameikan area, but there are others in heavily forested regions populated by forest folk, as Zirchev calls them. I will hope to add others. - Joaquin __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? I just think that a lot of the historical and mythological stuff on the Northern Reaches Gazetteers fits very badly with the rest of the Gazetteer setup. But this is an old discussion, and it has been gone through a couple of times on the list. Jacob's mail was the first new idea to that in a long time: an attempt to reread the whole Immortal concept through the Norse mythology. That's one way of doing it.
