Some which go into detail are: Gaz 3(?): The Principalities of Glantri, which goes into detail about a certain Blackmoor artifact, Prince Jagger's laser pistol, and adventure ideas for going back to Blackmoor and preventing its destruction. Gaz(?) Orcs of Thar: A silly supplement, but its basis is that these lands were ruined by a Blackmoor device that exploded. Gaz(?) Golden Khan of Ethengar: The spirits of ethengar were apparently drawn to Mystara because of the Great Rain of Fire event. Gaz 13?: Caverns of the Shadow Elves: Reveal more about the Radience and includes a survivor from Blackmoor (Rafiel) "Hollow World" and "Dawn of the Emperors" boxed sets. These are the best official sources for Mystara's history. Wrath of the Immortals: boxed set. The Adventure and several of the Immortals are very relevant to Blackmoor. If you do anything on the Valley of the Ancients, it would be awsome if you mentioned Ogdoban Treel and Rheddrian Benekander..... CM9: Cant remember the title right now, but this adventure mentions a City below the swamp that is probably of Blackmoor origin. The DA1-4? The DA series were all set in Blackmoor. The Dragonlord Chronicles: These mediocre novels set in Mystara bases some of its plot on history dating back to Blackmoor. Okay, thats all I can remember right now. Hopefully others will help too :) Haavard --- Dustin Clingman skrev: > To follow that up I should also ask for incidents of > Blackmoor within > the Greyhawk line as well! > > Thanks, > > Dustin > > -----Original Message----- > From: Mystara RPG Discussion > [mailto:MYSTARA-L@ORACLE.WIZARDS.COM] On > Behalf Of Dustin Clingman > Sent: Saturday, March 15, 2003 9:09 AM > To: MYSTARA-L@ORACLE.WIZARDS.COM > Subject: [MYSTARA] Need a hand > > > Hello everyone, > > I am compiling a list of incidents of Blackmoor in > print. Typically, one obeys orders to the death, and punishment is usually death. I think punishment now these days will be court marshal if they have time for it. In the Mexican-American war, then hung a lot of soldiers in Mexico City, as many didn't agree morally or politically with the war, while others probaly couldn't stomach. The soldiers were hung as a matter of duty and also to add incentive to others that would consider not obeying orders or disertion. I'm sure in dark ages times, this would be the same. As a soldier, you obey, do not question, just obey. The leadership determines the direction, where to invade, etc., while the military determines how it is done. In some cases the military becomes too strong, and there is a blur between whose the big cheese... - joaquin __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
