I also leaf through Dragon Magazine at the store and subscribe to Dungeon Magazine. I am confident you guys have listed everything, except for the Blackmoor tournament adventures that are being released, but I can include those too. One thing I hadn't thought of, was Mystara monsters in 3E sources. I am tempted to not include those, unless they add new details(like diaboli). Mainly because simply updating monsters to 3E is just new stats, and in some cases, the monster moves far away from what it was in Mystara(take bhuts for example).
