It's supposed to be an 8mi/hex map of the Hulean Empire. Does anyone know if it exists elsewhere or does anyone have it who can email it to me? Whats wrong with the Faenare? I have some trouble with them not having hands, but I like the idea of spell songs, and they would work well with the Bard class IMO. Using the Raptorals are definately an alternative though, I agree. > BTW- did anyone do a conversion for the Nagpa? Now > there is a great critter from PC3! I think I have seen a conversion somewhere, though I cant remember where. Anyone? I agree that the Nagpa are a cool race. Does anyone know whether they were based on the evil race from Jim Henson's Dark Crystal? They certainly look similar. I would have loved to see the good race (those four-armed guys) from that movie also converted to D&D. Does anyone know what I am talking about? :P Håvard > Ohad(Morphail) Shaham > > --- Havard Faanes wrote: > > > Looking at Wizard's freebies for Races of the > Wild, > > I > > came a cross the Raptorals at > > > http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20050106b&page=1 > > > > These guys seem pretty similar to the Faenare from > > PC3. As for any mystara related map, it is most likely present on my site...(95% of them are..) http://www.mystara.addr.com/maps/midlands/midlands.htm it seems the url on Shawn new site is not correct. yet the old one seems to work fine (it is the one i use to redirect from my site) http://www.mystaranet.jamm.com/vaults/html/hulemap.jpg hope you'll enjoy the maps. --- Bertrand Lhoyez wrote: > I have a copy at home of one Hule map. Interesting that they made it a monsterous humanoid rather than an abberation. How does one know when to use each of these? Can abberations ever be humanoid? Im suggesting Int+2, Cha -2 as stat modifications, what do you think? Håvard ===== ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 8 Feb 2005 15:14:40 +0000 From: Gary Davies Subject: Re: Nagpa

Hi Havard,

I'll go with Monstrous Humanoid, I tend to think that the Aberration type is for things more wierd/unusual than a vulture headed humanoid :)

Looking at the stats, it has +4 Int, +2 Dex and -2 Con and Cha from the base of 10 and 11, so +2 Int and -2 Cha seems perfectly reasonable.

What about it's LA? if anything considering it's HD I would suggest a maximum of +1

Gary
