Perhaps it was due to the fact that you are a godless Glantrian wizard, a member of the unholy nation of idolaters, dwarf-killers, halfling-vivisectionists and demon-worshippers? (heheee...) On the other hand, you are also a member of the arcane brotherhood of magic, who has been raised to a level much higher than those puny laymen of other countries. That tends to attract some bad publicity too. :) Seriously, welcome to the list, "old timer". If you haven't been acquainted with the Mystara net community before, there's a huge amount of interesting fan-made stuff available. Actually, Glantri is covered pretty well. The events of the DKoK novel have been reworked into the almanacs, at the end of the year 1018 (last almanac) and the beginning of 1019 (as yet unreleased). Other events have featured the characters from the novel, notably to better establish Yuschiev as a baron and the level of tension between the Traladarans and the Thyatians seen in the novel. Concerning the whole issue of the titles of the different lords of Karameikos, there are a few events here and there that mention some of them. There is also a topic of the month that will be included in the 1019 almanac which indicates the current title of several Karameikan nobles. ___________________________________________________________ Herve Musseau http://www.geocities.com/hmusseau/ __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? The events are still unfinished, though we have a lot ready. My time available for the almanac has dwindled, and that trend will continue in the next month or two. Regarding your Ylari events, I think I sent you a question regarding a minor point or two. If you never got it, I can send it again to you, just tell me at which address. ___________________________________________________________ Herve Musseau http://www.geocities.com/hmusseau/ __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? (heheee...) Oh, that's it! It would have helped me to know that HE was... what? A Priest? A dwarf? Both things? In any case, I deal with divination... maybe it definitely makes me an idolater, but, on the other hand, it means I never kill dwarves, and seldom vivisection anything... Out of joke, thank you very much for your welcome, and for the infos, too Altair IV - the Darkstar ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 21 Apr 2005 08:18:01 -0400 From: Gilles Leblanc Subject: Re: Introducing myself - Gilles Leblanc I was just joking.
