And then, some considerations about them... 1. You say Clerics and Religious people work FOR immortals, while us Glantrian Wizards prefer to think we work WITH them... that's true! But, in any case, why shouldn't we find someone working for the Immortal we're working with useful? 2. You say that some of us's been prosecuted by the Churches in the past, there in our ancient fatherland, or had to struggle against them to take their place, and power... that's true, as well! But aren't we supposed to be more future than past oriented? I mean, why should we go on with a useless struggle for so many years? No one is coming back from history books to claim what he owned, is he? 3. You say Clerics may be a trouble for some Undead... and that is really true... but are Undead so important within my Country to fix rules to everyone of us? I don't think so! A lot of us would find Clerics useful against Undead, instead! In a word, I found some truth in all your answers, but I can not say I found THE answer, yet Altair IV - the Darkstar ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 26 Apr 2005 06:53:34 -0300 From: "Vinicius R. de Moraes" Subject: Re: (re)-introducing myself Italians speaking English on the MML ... Preferably something where conversions can be done "on the fly" so you can just pick up a 3e module and use it without actually having to do any work. Other versions of D&D were close enough I never had to even convert anything, but 3e is all mixed up. I know that there have been at least 3 efforts, all of which could probably be considered failures, to convert the Basic DnD info to 3e, but I don't think that anyone ever thought of going the other way. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Angelo Bertolli" To: Sent: Tuesday, April 26, 2005 1:17 PM Subject: [MYSTARA] 3e converter > Has anyone written an easy 3e to 0e converting guide? I am a bit partial to hand drawn maps instead of computer drawn ones because I like the look. I especially like something I saw at a Border's book store--someone in Canada draws these wonderful 3D maps of the world, the US, certain cities, etc. I can't find his work anywhere online--just at that Borders. It would be pretty cool to have a Mystara version of one of those. Anyway, I decided to scan in the map I had made and post it for the taking. http://angelo.freeshell.org/heroes/docs/mystara100dpi.png Angelo ------------------------------ End of MYSTARA-L Digest - 25 Apr 2005 to 26 Apr 2005 (#2005-83) ***************************************************************
