Has anyone read the First Quest Trilogy, the Quest Triad? I'm reading it now, but any comments as I go would be useful. Although presumably set in the "World of Karawenn", I see very little reason why the small region could not be part of Mystara. References to Immortals, Spheres, Nightshades and other Mystaraisms indeed suggests that there should be a link to Mystara. My current idea for a location for the region is north of the Great Bay of Norwold, just west of the "Duchy of Draken" on Thib's map here. What do you think? I would particularily like to see maps based on the locations from the Thunder Rift book.... :) Anyone? FYI - Paizo have released a Web Enhancement/Errata for Dragon 344. In the enhancement article the prison is called Dread Hold. Obviously a = good place to place it is on the Isle of Dread.=20 But now what to do? for those of you who have back issues of Dungeon there was an adventure = where a group of Illithid Prison Keepers hire the PCs to retrieve the = escapees and rioting prisoners.=20 Now all we need to find is a map...hmmm any suggestions? The Dread Hold might also be very suitable for either a prison on either Elegy Island or on the Isle of Borydos in Thyatis (perhaps more suitable). Elegy is in the Sea of Dread, while Borydos... I'm actually not sure if Borydos is considered in the Sea of Dawn or the Sea of Dread- there doesn't seem to be a clear dividing line there. ******************************************************************** The Other Worlds Homepage: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/OtherWorlds.asp The Mystara Homepage: http://www.pandius.com To unsubscribe, send email to LISTSERV@ORACLE.WIZARDS.COM with UNSUB MYSTARA-L in the body of the message. ------------------------------ End of MYSTARA-L Digest - 30 May 2006 to 31 May 2006 (#2006-110) ****************************************************************
