Sound reasoning. > However, I do like the Hakoman > penalties for gaining said knowledge, and a limit on the number of spells that a sorcerer know how to cast (similar to 3e IIRC[I don't have my 3e books to hand atm, so if I'm wrong on that sue me]). It seems correct. I don't have the 3e books myself, but you can have a look at the d20 srd here: http://www.d20srd.org/ The Hakomon penalties are also useful, but take into account the standard Hakomon bonuses as well! > I always saw the Wokan as more of a sorcerer type figure that had to go through certain rituals to get the desired effect. Then you could go with the Wokan list, have the wokan select only a limited number of spells per level (probably less then the spells than the character can cast) as known, and cast them as the 3e sorcerer. That's the main bonus. In addition to that, the Hakomon obtains his followers at level 10 rather than at level 11 (and without having to build a tower). I have been on lurker mode for nearly 2 years. Checkin in once a week at work to keep up with the list. Now I have internet at the house so will be adding my opinion and ideas on a more regular basis. I was wondering if Thibault Sarlat was still working on his maps and Heldannic gaz.? I have smoothed some of the coastlines and even made my own version of sunken Alphatia as a huge undead treasure trove. Thanks, Multizar the Mage --------------------------------- Yahoo!
