There's something in the GPD: http://www.geocities.com/principalities_of_glantri/ And there's of course Jennifer Favia Guerra's mini-gazetteer: http://www.geocities.com/valerya1/belcadiz/index.html You may want to check out the Paparazzi Glantri for some Belcadizan gossip: http://www.geocities.com/paparazzi_glantri/ There are several theories on the origin of the Belcadiz elves. Some are collected at the Vaults: http://www.pandius.com/glantri.html#belcadiz Finally, the major bones of contention regarding the Belcadiz are: 1) Their origins: are they related to the Shadow Elves and/or to Atzanteotl? Where did they spent the centuries between the Glantrian catastrophe and their return to the highlands? 2) What is their relation with the Ispans, and do they speak the same language? If so, why do elves speak a clearly Thyatian-derived language? Some basic options that came up in the past include: 1) The Belcadiz are elves from Glantri who went underground in 1700 BC, reemerged somewhere beyond the Sea of Dread (Thanegioth or IoD) with most of their culture destroyed, then the area was settled by the Thyatians and the Belcadiz picked up their culture and language. 2) The Belcadiz come from some other world. They have no relation with the Ispans and don't speak the same language, or if they do is because of "convergent evolution". 3) The Ispan languages derive from the Belcadiz language, which is actually elven; the origin of the Belcadiz may be similar to either of the two previous options. The matter was thoroughly eviscerated in the Italian MMB -- with some flaming, a lot of repetitions and no positive conclusion at all, but the discussion may be of some interest.
