The Mystara Basic 3e/4e will include: Fighter, Rogue, Cleric, Wizard. And expanded rule set with more personalized regionalization would be introduced, such as a Gazetteer 3e/4e. For 3e, these could be full classes, or prestige classes, while 4e, they are self-contained new classes. A Gazetteer 3e/4e would present a new class, one per region. Thus I was wondering what classes should be introduced (one per region), ideally for each region? Alfheim Atruaghin Clans Broken Lands Darokin Ethengar Five Shires Glantri Heldann Freeholds Ierendi Karameikos Minrothad Guilds Northern Reachers (O/V/SJ) Thyatian Empire Rockhome Ylaruam The other classes could be tagged to region: Bard, Druid, Paladin, Ranger, Barbarian, Sorcerer, Monk. Pathfinder also introduces these classes in Advanced Players Guide: Alchemist, Cavalier, Inquisitor, Oracle, Summoner, Witch. Through other books they have: Magus, Gunslinger, Ninja, Samurai. ******************************************************************** The Other Worlds Homepage: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/OtherWorlds.asp The Mystara Homepage: http://www.pandius.com To unsubscribe, send email to LISTSERV@ORACLE.WIZARDS.COM with UNSUB MYSTARA-L in the body of the message. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 12 Oct 2011 19:38:20 -0700 From: Dave Keyser Subject: Re: Class & Gazetteer Idea There is a 3.5E Spirit Shaman class in the Complete Divine book that is a good match for the Ethengarian shaman.
