So far I have converted two adventures, Part 1 of Wrath of the Immortals, and Hail the Hero's. Next I plan on running B10, followed by Part 2 of WOTI and X4-5,10, not necesarrily in that order. I previously ran a campaign with 4e rules for about 2 years. Converting monsters and encounters to 4e wasn't too bad using the encounter builder and monster builder (offline version) from WOTC. However for pathfinder I haven't found tools that are as useful and inexpensive. If anyone has some suggestions I would be glad to hear them. However, what I would really like is to do this in reverse rather then convert a Mystara adventure to pathfinder, I would like to take an easier route and convert a pathfinder (or dnd 3.5) adventure to Mystara. I have not purchased any adventures from Paizo. I was wondering if anyone here has and if so if any seem very appropriate to Mystara. So what adventures would you recommend and where would the it fit geography wise, and what existing (if any) NPC's would you use. The campaign time line is now late 1004, and looking to stay in countries covered by the Gazateers and Dawn of the Emperors, and maybe the area of the hollow world visited in WOTI. Look forward to your suggestions. Thanks, Mike ******************************************************************** The Other Worlds Homepage: http://www.wizards.com/dnd/OtherWorlds.asp The Mystara Homepage: http://www.pandius.com To unsubscribe, send email to LISTSERV@ORACLE.WIZARDS.COM with UNSUB MYSTARA-L in the body of the message. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 26 Oct 2013 19:35:30 +0200 From: Giampaolo Agosta Subject: Re: suggestions for pathfinder campaign Hi, several people have adapted the Savage Tide adventures to Mystara. Since they involve the Isle of Dread, it should not be too difficult. IIRC, at least one DM has adapted Rise of the Runelords to Darokin (using it as a WotI variant). I'm not very familiar with Pathfinder, so I can't be more specific about this, unfortunately. If you want help doing this, feel free to email me, I've ran the series enough and played in Mystara enough to easily make this happen..:) Now that I think of it, I'm putting this on my to do list, I'd love to run that as well, :D. Crown of the Kobold King and We Be Goblins come to mind as two easily converted modules too.
