The first two modules directly relate to an asteroid falling down and its impact (and so could work for around the 1005-1006 AC timeframe), and the rest deal with the drow who helped bring it down. With a little work, you can easily make those shadow elves, and their attempts to take over Alfheim. Since you aren't going to run it in full necessarily, I think it might be fairly easy to avoid some of the railroading and ignore some of the more detailed (and mostly Golarion specific) background and sub it in with Mystara elements. Just as a suggestion.
