Finally after month after month of different problems we are proud to announce that the new issue for The Tobril is up.

We will like to thank the Dragonlance Nexus for hosting the magazine while we sort our own problems with our host. You will find the magazine here:

This issue start with an editorial that is wholly out of date yet still an interesting read.

Contributor John Grubber decides to tackle the issue of Dragon Tactics and new artist Core Hine provides beautifull art for his article.

Craig J. Ries once again provides us with a glimpse on what the future holds for the Dragonlance line, as well as a mini-interview with renowned author Paul Thompson.

An article by yours truly deals on how to use other sourcebooks in a Dragonlance campaign; while new contributor Alvin Scully provides a different view on magic in his article.

Ashe Potter (or Uziel as he is better known) provides us with great many details about the ruins of Samekh.

Our last article is the winner entry of The Tobril Monstrous Competition that we held almost a year ago. Inside it you will find the Gray Traveller, created by our winner Guillaume Amoros.

That is all for this issue. If you have any material you want to see published or any feedback send it to: tobril@tobrilmagazine.com

'Tis strange, but I was just thinking about the "current status" of The Tobril yesterday. As it happens, I was deciding whether or not to dust off my "probable" submission in preparation of a call for new article submissions for the next issue.

Well, you know what this means?

I actually have to start work on another article for the next issue.

I liked the whole letter to Jenna from the sorcerer.

I liked the dragon tactics. Some of it was pretty obvious, but overall it was a good read and provided some useful tips for future adventures.
