My DM decided to revive our old D&D Mystara game and I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a dominion tracking progam. I have search the net but I haven't found anything that I can use.

My pleasure. I use the dominion administrator sheet myself because I think that Bruce's system is actually better than the core rules because it includes road tolls, mines and other resources like that. It does not, as far as I have experienced with it, include a population growth calculator though. So you will have to decide when a given hex goes from wilderness to borderland to civilized status and then the population numbers will change.
