So who came up with the Anattan wastes region? Awesome looking map regardless.

Of all the area expansions, this is certainly the best IMO. I'd actually like to see this incorporated into the setting (as well as Penn's illithid lands). Now my assumption would be that Cyrus created it, but can't be sure.
