I've never even heard of that adventure. Was it something some made on their own, because I don't recall it being published anywhere (even in Legends of the Hero Kings).

The following page mentions it, try looking and asking around there...
http://www.acaeum.com/DDIndexes/Periodicals/AGindex.html

I've never seen a copy, so can't help you any more than that.

If you go to that page, you will notice that while Ed Stark is linked to the adventure, it also specifies that it is "intended for tournament use only and may not be reproduced without approval of the RPGA Network". That is probably why it isn't really listed anywhere else. It hasn't really been published.

I emailed Sean K Reynolds (the author of said module). He said to try contacting the RPGA about obtaining a copy... I have emailed RPGA, but won't be holding my breath waiting for a response.

I have a copy of it but since it is copyrighted I can't really scan it. I can give you an outline of what it contains later if you like.

This module was released through the RPGA Adventurer's Guild program, it is designed as a promotion of the Vos sourcebook. The module was mailed to stores that signed up, and they could submit results back to RPGA.

Most of copies of this module are recycled by now or in trash dumps. A few are in the hands of collectors or current/former TSR/WoTC folk, and a few are forgotten in storage bins of the stores/store owners who originally got them.

Your best bet is to make a favorite search on ebay and wait a long time. One will probably turn up there eventually. At least now WoTC has apparently stopped threatening store owners who put the things up for sale. When they were sent out, the store owners agreed that the modules would not be resold.
