Here's my PrC for professionnal athasian (if you know others, let me know ;) ) shipfloater. Its abilities are linked to the obsidian engine it controls; that universal item is listed after the PrC. The item was done by me with revision by Pennarin more than half a year ago, see the thread in my sig. The shipfloater feat is also from me, it's in the thread with the new feats me and Pennarin have done.

As always, comment are welcome.

Master Shipfloater
"You can rest assured. I will stand by my post until we are there."
- Saeltus, balikite master shipfloater

Master shipfloaters form the core of those who sail the psionic silt skimmers, specializing in the control of the obsidian engines that power them.
Psions make up the majority of those who become master shipfloaters, if they travel enough on the silt to warrant the taking of these levels. While psions like the contemplative state one must be in to control the skimmer, those who prefer more action like psychic warriors will find that sitting hours before an obsidian engine to be quite monotonous.
NPC master shipfloaters often hail from the city-state of Balic or from those villages on the shores of the Sea of Silt that make common use of silt skimmers. Since the dissapearance of the city's sorcere-king, House Wavir took over the city's silt harbor and now controls most of its silt skimmers, although a few captains took their chances in the chaos and fled. Master sipfloaters are found in the employ of the balican naval fleet ― under House Wavir's control ― and the merchant houses who privately own psionic silt skimmers.
Hit Die: d4.

Very nice. I'll be using this when the time comes. One question though. Why the prereq of any one power from psychokinesis discipline? Seems to broad to me. Why not limit it to a specific power from that discipline like float or telekinetic force?

I read back my psionic requirement and came to the conclusion that I wanted a minimum level of control over psionic powers (able to manifest 3rd level powers) and at least a modicrum of knowledge in the psychokinesis discipline (the general power requirement).
I looked in the XPH and found many psychokinesis that have really no links with the PrC here, so I'll change the general power to telekinetic force power, which is also a 3rd level power, but with a direct link to the abilities of the PrC. Thanks for the comment.

I sent you an email about the corrections.

Thanks Pennarin.

I corrected the difference I saw from my post with yours. When I copy/paste directly your text, I lose all the bold, italic, size, font and must add them anew.

I deleted the mention of the Sequester Power feat to avoid any copyright problems.

More or less what I was looking for. In't the Psionic engine a bit expensive though? Only the richest Athasians could afford them and I think they're dearer than a minor spelljamming helm. I was hoping for a 50000Cp cost or so- pricey but withen most PCs reach at mid levels. Psion engine or +8 weapon.
