Does all the base D&D material fit Greyhawk?

I think I express a somewhat popular viewpoint when I say that I'm skeptical of the idea that Dungeons and Dragons material printed in the handbooks are made "for" Greyhawk.

Mentioning Corellon, Gruumsh, and the like does not a Oerth make

So basically, what material in all the books printed for "generic" fits Greyhawk and where....and what doesn't?

Handbooks and everything, go ahead and go wild.

There are a lot of prestige classes and other entries that mention regions and nations as well. In the 3.0 books we saw the Knight Protector of the Great Kingdom. We also saw the Scourge of the Pomarj and the Standard of Ulek in Arms & Equipment Guide.

They scattered about, but the references are there.

Correct. Unfortunately, when they made the move from 3.0 to 3.5, some of these very references were either quietly 'dumped' or retrofitted to all worlds. Examples: the Fist of Hextor was never updated to 3.5, and the Knight Protector of the Great Kingdom became simply a Knight Protector (I am still angry at the fact that the pic was about a dwarven Knight Protector no less! )

Ultimately, listing all the stuff that belongs and - more to the point - that doesn't belong would take more space than a mere thread on a board. Not to mention that it would remain a matter of personal opinion.

Assuming everyone agreed to consider as 'GH material' all the PrC, magical items, spells, etc.. out there that incorporate a GH name, that would still leave a mountain of stuff which would, I am afraid, only divide the fans.

For instance, while I know some hawkers consider the Ur-Priest PrC from BoVD as tailor-made for the Ur-Flanna, I also know many who do not. Hence the problem.

Personally, I look at it from a dual point of view by asking myself two questions whenever I am tempted to incorporate some new stuff in my GH campaign:

a) does it fit the setting? (in terms of comparative power)
b) does it has the potential for GH flavor?
