I have been out of the DL loop for a while now so I am wondering was SoS ever released or are we still waiting on it? If it was I am sure Cam did an amazing job on it, but I'd also like some reviews of it. Thanks all.

Spectre is indeed out, and it's amazing.

Bleh we need some decent FLGS around here then, we have two in this blasted town and neither of which has ANY DragonLance book, though I must admit one sold out of the whole ONE he had, which was only the DLCS. *sigh* darn kiddies and thier mommy mommy I want Yu-Gi-OH! cards. And blasted depressed teens that need their Magic cards to be their only friends. I live in a college town where anyone who goes to the college is either rich or on scholarship, so chances are anyone that goes there has money and the FLGSs have NO IDEA how to market themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wish I didn't have such crappy credit(damnable student loans) I'd open up my own gaming shop and rule the WORLD HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Sorry about that rant, this place just frustrates me, you realize I am the only non-game shop owning GM in a 60 mile radius! Heck maybe even further to the south. And I'm poor(for now) so I don't make that great of a GM. Also its truly sad that the best place to get books when we have 2 FLGSs in town is a Books a Million. Not to mention they tend to be cheaper there too, you get 10% off automatically, and 10% if your a Millionare member, now thats a sad sad thing.

Anywho, whats the third part of the adventure called? had it for a second and lost it When are we expecting it out?

It's likely those Yu-Gi-Oh cards that keep the FLGS in business. ;)

As much as I know that to be true, doesn't keep it from ticking me off. Still they could do a better job of keeping D&D books instock, not that i need it with the Books a Million, which has a decent selection, i hope they get in HOots, even though I know they don't have KoD or SoS, and thanks for the title Trampas.

Legend of the Twins isn't scheduled for release until October, I think. At least according to SP's website. Me personally...I have no idea on when it might be out.

I have given up on FLGS when it comes to Dragonlance. Sure, when SoS came out they increased the number of copies of the DLCS, but the owner does not care for it and so he does not keep the books on hand. When something comes out for DL, I just order it online, I hate doing it that way because I want to support the FLGS, but this is one of those situations that I can't pull that off.

My FLGS will place a special order for just about anything, and even give you a discount for your trouble. Don't most do that?

I've never seen one around here give a discount, but most will order.

Our local one used to do it, but it has been a while since I've special ordered anything from them, so I don't know if they still do.

Jeez, be happy you all have a FLGS. The best I have, without having to go into Manhattan is two comic book stores in driving distance! And the owner of the one closer to me told me last week that the Dragonlance comic had not been released yet! I walked out, came home, and ordered it directly from Devil's Due. It came yesterday! I also ordered Holy Orders of the Stars and SoS from Amazon a few days ago. SoS has already shipped, although they claim I will recieve it around October 26th (where are they shipping from? Siberia?)

I have totally given up on actual stores. Barnes and Noble used to have a semi-decent stock, and so did Borders. However, no one has anything anymore. It's too much of a pain to search for this stuff anymore. For books I go to Amazon, for miniatures I eBay. I hated to make that decision, since I have always been against leaving the old storefronts out in the cold. But they did it to themselves.

(Edited before the spelling police could catch up to me

Try www.Chumbatoys.com for minatures, they have most in stock, and what they don't have they will track down for you. I got all the filler pieces there so I could finish off certain collections.

I got a copy of Specter of Sorrows.
After reading through it I found it was even better than the Key of Destiny.
I really look foward to Price of Courage now. :D

SOS is a great module. However, I wouldnt expect to see the other releases until next year! History seems to have a way of repeating itself. Does the River of Time explain this?
