#1xlorepdarkhelm_dupOct 18, 2005 8:28:44 | Well.... it's finally happened. I've reached the age where I cannot be trusted by teenagers, I've begun the journey into the "middle age".... Anyway, my birthday's today, the 18th. |
#2PennarinOct 18, 2005 8:39:28 | Who are you again? Happy one, Cliff! Heheh, take care now, your bones are brittle. ;) I know its a tough one, but do something special for your day, ok? The "adult" mindset sets in too fast and early for my taste, the whole My Anniversary Is Not Important So I Staid At Home Watching Magnetic Bracelet Infomercials mindset, you known the one... |
#3xlorepdarkhelm_dupOct 18, 2005 8:44:57 | Who are you again? Well... I have work and school happening all day today. And the whole "do nothing" mentality is something that has been programmed in me since the Military. it's taken me 5 years just to even mention I have a birthday. |
#4KamelionOct 18, 2005 8:53:54 | Happy birthday Cliff!!! Have a great day and welcome to the exalted ranks of the thirtysomethings :D. |

#11murkafOct 18, 2005 15:16:59 | Well... I have work and school happening all day today. And the whole "do nothing" mentality is something that has been programmed in me since the Military. Have a Happy Birthday. THAT'S AN ORDER!! it's taken me 5 years just to even mention I have a birthday. Who would have guessed? If youre really going to do nothing... 30 = 2 * 3 * 5 Fibonacci's sequence starts with 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, ... So you are F3 * F4 * F5 Where is this leading to, you'll ask? Nowhere, I answer: as long as you're doing nothing, you might as well contemplate what a few months of doing nothing when you're 30 (or F3 * F4 * F5) can do to your brain... |
#12mrfilthyikeOct 18, 2005 15:32:24 | Try to have a good one, and I'll see you in the 30's club in May. Happy BDay xlorepdarkhelm!! And Nyt...what day in May? I'm turning 30 on May 4th. :D |

#14mrfilthyikeOct 18, 2005 15:40:43 | I'm one of those evil Gemini types. May 23rd. Gemini's not too bad, wife's a Gemini/Cancer cusp. But nothing beats being The Bull. |

It's that we (at least me) dont even know what is it to work in summer :D Oh, and btw, welcome to the 3 p 0 xlorep! ;) |
#17kalthandrixOct 18, 2005 18:55:30 | Hehehehe Do you know what's nice to be old and still in school like Xlorep and me? It's that we (at least me) dont even know what is it to work in summer :D Ya but you are a teacher IIRC Grummore, with the ability to corrupt young and developing minds ;) - Xlore on the other hand is the student, not the master! |
#18xlorepdarkhelm_dupOct 18, 2005 19:28:24 | Haha- you are old AND still in school, what is up with THAT!!!! How about a 12-year vacation from school prior to returning? And, of course, school is realy kinda easy for me. How easy, you might wonder? How about a solid 4.0 GPA kind of easy--a 4.0 GPA mostly in classes that I dislike. The classes I like, I'm taking now (math, computers, and science), and they are more or less a cake-walk. I spend less time on homework with Calculus 1, Intro Physics, and my Fundamentals in Programming/Fundamentals in Digital Electronics classes than I did in English 101 alone. |

#23terminus_vortexaOct 28, 2005 13:05:25 | Well.... it's finally happened. I've reached the age where I cannot be trusted by teenagers, I've begun the journey into the "middle age".... "Ancient Spirits of Evil, transform xlorep's decayed form to Mumm-Raa, the Ever-Living!!!!" |
#24kalthandrixOct 28, 2005 13:50:16 | Another benchmark in world history- I made it to 5.01 posts per day in about six months- which says I spent way too much time here :D But then again, I do not even know how you all even survived before I became a member. Bow and worship me and you will know true peace and happiness ;) |
#25nytcrawlrOct 28, 2005 13:52:03 | Another benchmark in world history- I made it to 5.01 posts per day in about six months- which says I spent way too much time here :D Bah, now I just need to try even harder to beat you. I was at 3.+ at one time, then I was AFK for a few months and that killed me. |
#26kalthandrixOct 28, 2005 15:43:00 | Well- I am all set to game in about 2 hours- if they realized what I was going to do to them they might not show up tonight. I will be putting them through one of the most important and brutal encounters they have had (and they have had a few bad ones)- this encounter will let me set the stage for future placement of events that will have a very huge impact on my gaming world. I would go into details to amuse you, but one of them might come on the board and see what I have in store for tonight. I love being DM :evillaugh |
#27GrummoreOct 28, 2005 20:35:09 | Another benchmark in world history- I made it to 5.01 posts per day in about six months- which says I spent way too much time here :D Well, since the last, hum about what 1300 days, I've been doing 0.77 post/day. You know Kal, a real god know how to always be there but unnoticed. |
#28kalthandrixOct 29, 2005 0:42:38 | Well, since the last, hum about what 1300 days, I've been doing 0.77 post/day. You know Kal, a real god know how to always be there but unnoticed. But there are not gods seeing how everthing I encounter is nothing more then a mental fabrication on my part that I have made to entertain my self as I sit here in this vat of brain lube. :D |
#29kalthandrixOct 29, 2005 7:31:12 | Sorry- not related to the material in thread so I took it off. |
