If you want to play within the Ravenloft setting, then I suggest you pick the Ravenloft Gazetteer 1. If you just want an update on the I-6 TSR adventure, then Dragon # 315 has updated stats for him (CR12 and CR18 versions). The difference is this one is more fantasy oriented and do not take into account the Ravenloft setting: no hint whatsoever on his curse or tragic past to link this NPC to the setting. Joël
