I had thought Thorf had done one but I guess not as I can't find one either. You could take the two examples from the Vaults... http://pandius.com/x1-known-world-24-1983.png http://pandius.com/x1-known-world-24-1981.png ...and convert them to B&W with The Gimp. Sorry, --Ray.
