Just wanted to let you know.

Occassionally we unearth something here at Paizo that is pretty darn cool. We were recntly able to obtain a small quantity of the only 3rd edition Living Greyhawk adventure, The Fright at Tristor. It was originally available only with paid membership to the RPGA back in 2000, and was never available in stores!

A 1st level mod I take it? The site doesn't say.

Here's what Robert Head (Duke of Web Technologies) at Paizo just wrote :
Well, you guys slurped this up right quick.
We were sold out by Wednesday morning.
People seem to like this... what's it called? Greyhawk?
: )

Seem like there was too few copies or too many of us looking for WoG material :D

Nah, nobody likes Greyhawk.
It is just another "standard" fantasy world, not really any different from Forgotten Realms, or a whole slew of other settings out there.
It isn't unique, have a special theme, or any of the other factors that drive all the other campaigns out there.
It has no inherent name recognition, or anything else that might enhance its market value.
It is just a boring old campaign setting, long since marginalized, suitable only as an occassional source of proper names for Core books, or left behind as an RPGA campaign. (Where of course it doesn't attract any quality writers, developers or administrators, who have never since gone on to more significant positions, and who haven't produced any significant body of material in the last five years or so, and that doesn't get a regular post to varying messages boards inquiring about the availability of that material.)

Nope. Its only Greyhawk.

I thought Forgotten Realms was the default setting for Dungeons & Dragons. ;)

We had 39 of them, and sold out in less than a day.
