Aside from the Inpenetrable Ways of the Internet, time elapsed between a WizO's summoning and his appearance can greatly vary due to the near omnipresence and omniscinece of the WizOs, which greatly swamps their minds with trivial mortal chatter and childish bickering, further delaying such a being's presence until it notices the puny energies of this spell.
