Hello, all!

Would there be any kind soul out there who would know where I could find the collection of spelljammer deckplans which used to be hosted on the old ftp site at mpgn?

I've been poking about, and can't seen to find the things anywhere

Thank ye kind,

I don't know which site was that, but the most comprehensive deckplanes page is this .
In this page you will find adjusted (to the same scale) deckplans of all official ships from spelljammer. (and the book in they were originally published).

Hope it helps.

Were there ever any DPs for teh Drow ships?

It might be a good idea to put up some stats for all of them... makeing things a bit more useful.

All the published deckplans can be found on the WoTC downloads site for older versions of the game. Go here and scroll down. They are close to the bottom of the page.

I've been using the rules located in the shattered fractine to develope my SOTSM campaign.

For example, I've been using the neogi deathspider as taken from the "Old Shipyard" section in the Shattered Dractine Webpage as the main drow capital ship.

Drow Death Spider

Built By: Drow Elves
Used Primarily By: Drow Elves
Tonnage: 75
Cost: 56.250 gp
Hit Dice: 75d10+100 (513 Hp)
Initiative: As helm and helmsman
Tactical Speed: As helm and helmsman
Tactical Maneuverability: Poor
Armor Class: 10 (-16 size +16 Natural)
Armament: Ram
Crew: 13/ 75
Air Capacity: 8.400 days/ man
Landing — Land: No
Landing — Water: No
Hardness: 3
Material: Magically treated Ceramic
Cargo: 19 Tonnes (including 13 tonnes from flight deck)
Keel Length: 175' (320' including "legs")
Beam Length: 55'

One of the largest of the standard ships of space, the deathspider is the pride and joy of drow, a deadly xenophobic race of elves. Its large size and distinctive shape make the deathspider easily recognizable in space. As a result, it is usually attacked on sight.
The deathspider is divided into the command section and the cargo pits. The command section is in the forward half of the vessel and contains the bridge, the spelljammer helm, and the crew's quarters. The larger "abdomen" of the craft is used as weapons platform, cargo space and slaves' quarters. The top half of the abdomen can slide back to reveal a small citadel perched on the lower haunches. This structure is normally only revealed in battle situations, since the deathspider's weapons platforms are usually located there.

All the information in this post comes from shattered fractine and, as such, I must say thank you to Mark (owner of that site), to Nightdruid and to the rest of the spelljammer ommunity for the work they have done to keep the SJ Universe alive.
I still remember the first time I saw something about the SJ universe. That was with the adventure "Mammoth Problems" in an old Dungeon.

Keep up the good work guys.

For those wanting a conversion, go to "Beyond the Moons" for races, deckplans, magical objects, worlds,....
For ships stats and some astounding art, go to the shattered fractine.
