Gents-
I recently downloaded the compilation map from Paizo of the four panels that appeared in past issues of Dragon and have a few questions concerning locales...

1) I notice that there is a city to the east of of the Fler River on the coast of Lake Quag that I assume is Ungra Balan (can't read the print on the download)...On the original Darlene maps, Ungra Balan was much further east on the lake's coast, just thirty miles west of the Sepia Uplands...My question is, when was UB moved further west?...Is it a city with buildings or a mobile nomad camp that sets up in different locales each, say, winter?...

2) I also note that there are two locales in eastern Ket that I am unfamiliar with...They are two cities (?) above and below, respectively, the northeast spur of the Bramblewood Forest...Can someone tell me what the names (perhaps Polvar and Falwur) of these two places are (and, of course, which is which)...

3) Are there any other towns noted in Ket on the map or anywhere else?

Thanks in Advance,
Kwint

From memory, they are probably Molvar and Polvar? Polvar is mentioned in the Geysers of Death entry of the old GH hardback and both are on the Ket website I think.

Molvar is the city in the north of Ket, Polvar is one of the two in the east of Ket, but whether it is above (north of) or below (south of) the Bramblewood Forest is the question...I was hoping that someone could just take a look at their full sized maps and set things straight for me...I don't have the individual panels and was just hoping for some help, but this seems like something too trivial for those who peruse this board and Canonfire...Oh well...

Since you asked so nice I dug out my Paizo panels
Gents-
I recently downloaded the compilation map from Paizo of the four panels that appeared in past issues of Dragon and have a few questions concerning locales...

Answer: You are not wrong Ungra Balan is placed farther north, according to the LGG the Wolf Nomads boundary is Lake Quag and the Sepia Uplands apparently the writers decided not to place a valuable nomad merchant town in "disputed territory" in its new paizo location it is clearly in Wolf Nomad territory, Ungra Balan is something of a wolf nomadic penal colony/open market where exiled or punished nomads are sent to serve their sentence but are denied access to the plains, however nomads who desire to concentrate on merchant activities are also found here as are foreign merchants seeking nomadic trade goods. Ungra Balan appears to be a permanent settlement however no doubt "tent suburbs" appear when a nomad band from the plains decide to stop over to buy and sell goods.

Answer: The cities are Polvar to the north (above) and Falwur to the south (below) of the spur of the Bramblewood Forest.

3) Are there any other towns noted in Ket on the map or anywhere else?

Thanks in Advance,
Kwint

Answer: Towns on the map in Ket,
Lopolla (Capital) in the west.
Molvar to the north (Perrenland pass)
Polvar to the east above the spur of the Bramblewood Forest.
Falwur to the east below the spur of the Bramblewood Forest.
Thornward (Open City, Fals Gap) to the south is partially governed by Ket and has a Ketite quarter.

Hope this helps

Pauln6 & Crag-
