Ok, my first posting. With me luck.

It's December 1st, and that means it's been the holiday season for two to three months (A joke shamelessly stolen from Jon Stewart), and that got me to thinking; what holidays would they have on the planes? I'm sure Githzerai holidays are a dime a dozen (Zerthimon Day, Feast of the Never-Cracks-A-Smile), but how about Pre-War Factional Holidays, and other races? I have a hard time seeing the Baatezu gathering around a pine tree singing carols.

I'd be delighted to see what ideas pop up.

There are some faction holidays in the Sigilian Calendar.

The githzerai of Toroj celebrate a festival called the M'kata, which commemorates the journey to Limbo.

The citizens of Void's Edge celebrate a week called the Perfumed Days when Baator comes out of conjunction and the nupperibo shipping season temporarily ends, and the Day of Nighttides, the first day of the long conjunction with Krangath, where the darkness comes out of the void and everything goes black.

Don't forget the gods. They also have various holy days associated with them. You'd have to look them up in some cases, or make them up in others (I know that Faiths and Pantheons lists holy days for many gods). Just the holy days of the gods would be enough to fill a calendar, given all of the gods there are.

Planewalker hosts a faction-based holiday article that can be found here.

Also, don't forget the Lady's Day of Grace. I don't remember much about it, but IIRC, it was detailed in an issue of Dragon.
