After the Faction War?

I was just wondering how ya'll play post Faction War Sigil, if you do at all. Is there any common consensus as to what happens? Here's how we play it:

A make shift city council was formed composed of bloods of all alignments. Though their level of authority is still questionable, much of Sigil has accepted there oversight (at least for now) as welcome calm after the Faction war. Most of the members were assigned by the ex-factol of the Ciphers (she was the only one who would make a decision). Swanson sits on this council.

With the absense of the Guvners, the Dabus have taken up robes and now sit on the bench as the city Judges. Personally, I think this makes perfect sense. Their presence as the Judges serve as a symbol to every Sigilian as to who has final say on Justice in the cage.

The shattered Temple is soon to be leveled and replaced by a Temple of Hades under the sponsership of the Good Friar.

The Gymnasium is pretty much the same, but is under the control of a prominent gladiator and a group of Ogres who keep the same services the Ciphers did.

After a brief scuffle between various churchs of gods of knowledge, the Church of Thoth managed to take control of the Hall of Records and has converted into an Academy of Learning as it was before the Fated took it over. However, due to the size of the Archive, many priests and followers of the many gods of knowledge still maintain a presence and help with the duties of keeping the city records.

The state of the Barricks and the Prison are still unclear. For now, Swanson and his men maintain them both with skeleton crews. It is unknown whether they will stay under one organization controlled by the counsil or if they will be controlled seperately.

The Foundry has been taken over by an unknown army of Bladelings, though it is suspected that Red Shroud might have something to do with it.

The Morgue remains virtually unchanged. The morticians, though not officially Dustman any longer are still pretty much of the same character.

Harbinger House, being dear to Ambar, has been willed to a new caretaker, but will remain virtually the same.

The Hall of Speakers continues to function as it did when the Signers ran it, being the seat of the new counsil.

The fate of the Civic Fest Hall is still unclear. More than likely it will still serve as party central in Sigil. The Church of Thoth has a vested interest in who will take it over due to the passageway that connects the archives with the Sanctum Sanctorum of the Civic Fest Hall. They will try their best to manipulate politics in order to have someone put in charge that values knowledge. The Sensorium, though not your traditional library, is a great sourse of knowledge that the Churchs of the gods of knowledge would love to have regular access to.

Currently, there is a motion in the council put forth by prominent Sigilian merchants to level a portion of the Hive and build a great Sigilian Collesium.

Of the Factols that were mazed, it is known that Ambar and Erin have been rescued, but have not returned (and probably never will) to the city of Doors. Of those still left in the Mazes, Skall probably has the greatest chance of either being rescued, or finding a way our himself. Though, he probably isn't in any hurry. He might even be enjoying the solitude.

Though the Signers have been booted from the city, they still continue on their quest to raise a dead god... probably Aoskar. Inevitably, this will lead to another confrontation with the Lady and probably lead to the end of the Signers.

The fate of the Gatehouse is uncertain, although it will probably remain the same. Sigil still needs a place to keep the barmies.

The rest is just speculation:

Personally, I think that with the Athar and their propaganda machine gone, the Churches will grow in power and control of the cage. That is until, hundreds of years from now, they get a bit to big for their britches and the Lady boots out all the Churches, making room for new factions to come in and in turn be booted out. Ahh, the Unity of Rings.

If new Factions are still allowed to form in Sigil, most likely the Ringgivers will be among the first.

Well, that's it. Much of this is canon, and much is what has come out of our campaign, but I believe most of it makes perfect sense. Tell me what you guys think happens post FW in Sigil.

Go to Planeswalker, they are responsible for 3rd edition Planescape...

Among things you will find are:

The Ringgivers are a full faction

and

Some of the Factions have merged post faction war.
