Back awhile ago we had a big thread about the kingpriest and how he was still able to do the things he did and still seem to be able to cast spells, even high level really powerful spells. I thought I remembered Cam saying that this would be answered in Holy Orders of the Stars book, but after searching through the book I ended up not finding really too much about the Kingpriest. And I was thinking, maybe I was wrong and it would be detailed in the Legends book.

My question is, does anyone in the know, know whether this will be addressed? I'm very curious as to how this came to happen and would love to see it explained in detail. I find the descent of the Kingpriest fascinating, seeing as it would be easy for a PC to go through relatively the same thing. Could a PC believe what he was doing was for the greater good and be able to perform acts he believes as just, but really arent? And would he still retain spellcasting?

Also I was hoping in HOotS there would be more about how some of the gods seem to be able to talk to followers in dreams and such, and yet, some followers they never actually come out and say anything to, when that divine talk would have probably changed many things. Was hoping to gain more of an insight in what a god/goddess can and cant do.

Just was wondering what people thought would show up in the Legends book about the Kingpriest, the religion, etc.

Beldinas is described fully in the Legends of the Twins sourcebook, which is on track for February.

Will the Kingpriest be shown at the height of his power or at different time periods?

As he was in Time of the Twins and Sacred Fire.

Well. . . That should be the height of power since Time of the Twins was what, 13 days before the cataclysm?

However, I am much more interested in the rules for time travel, and the prepackaged adventure tucked away in the book.
