the deity aspects were cool from holy orders. is it me though, or was there fluff for the beloved of chemosh, but no actual game stats for them?

The "crunch" for the Beloved will be in an appendix at the back of Amber and Iron. I can't wait either.

Speaking of appendices . . . those thing shave been around for a good long while; why i remember in the back of my first printing of the second generation there being complete stats for the knights of takhisis for the 2nd edition ad&d system.

I also remember that wasn't in latter printings.

The point of this is, what about the people who don't have the books, but want the game info? it's not just an issue of not wanting to fork over the dough, i'm pretty sure the game stat appendices aren't always included in later printings, right?

is there any chance dragonlance.com, or somewhere, could post little web enhancements that include the info from some of these appendices? like you have the tower of istar and nuitari's lackeys in the first amber and something book. i know other books have similar appendices . . .

but what about those of us who don't get the hard cover, or the book at all? would posting the appendices online in pdf format be workable?

That's because AD&D is no longer supported by WotC.

You would have to ask WotC about that.

That being said, much of the info from the Second Generation appendix will be utilized in the upcoming Knightly Orders of Ansalon.

I'm really glad to hear your story, Cap'n Nick. Among the target PDF customers are those who -- like you -- cannot easily get the print versions. We have made the electronic versions of the products an important part of our business -- which is why the new Legends of the Twins sourcebook is now up and available as well. Enjoy!
