I recall reading about Tower of Incarnate Pain on Shemeska the Marauder's marvellous storyhour a while ago. I'm not sure if this exists in the Planescape canon or if it's Shemeska's own creation. If it's in the canon, could someone please point me in the right direction?

The Tower is canon. It's fully detailed (and mapped) in the 2e PS Planes of Conflict boxed set.

You can download a PDF copy from paizo.com for just $4 US.

It's actually diagrammed in 'Faces of Evil: The Fiends', which you can also buy a pdf of where Old Sage mentioned.

I do deviate slightly from the canon depiction of the Tower a bit, giving it what amounts to rose-like thorns or barbs of iron ripping up out from the tower's living flesh composed of millions of petitioners.

Later in the storyhour I'll explore it, and its lord (or lady as it happens) a bit more. I'll also detail it, or my version of it, when I write up the plot of a oneshot 'evil' game I ran a year or so ago with the PCs working for the tower's mistress.

Ah right, ta very much indeed. I did try Planes of Conflict first actually, as that's where I'd have expected it to have been (searched the pdf to no avail - I shall try again though lest I typoed) but I'll have a look in Faces of Evil.

Faces of Evil is the one with the Tower of Incarnate Pain.

Planes of Conflict has Khin-Oin the Wasting Tower, and the Tower of the Arcanaloths.
