The Ivory Triangle Set I bought 5 years ago was dirt cheap, and upon opening it, I saw why- the map of Nibenay was absent. Everything else was there, but not that.
Can anyone provide a link to it for me, something detailed, and not just a bare bones layout like in the wanderer's Chronicle from Revised and Expanded?

Also, have there been any maps made of the Naggaramakam, or was that strictly left to the DM's imagination?

The excellent Dark Sun Rising site is still online - David mapped out most of the Seven Cities in rich detail. This is a direct link to a labelled map of Nibenay - head on over to the site for the unlabelled (players') version and other Athasian cartographic wonders.

As for the Naggaramakam, it was given a modestly satisfying treatment in the 2e flipbook adventure Marauders of Nibenay, including fairly decent maps.
