printing ESDs

Feb 15, 2006 0:51:10		Trying to print some old Mystara books and looking for help:

Does anyone know how to print an ESD PDF, with OCR'd text, so that the background comes out as transparent?

Figured out how to get it to display on-screen as black text on white background. Can't figure out how to get it to print that way.

Ideas?
