* Classic world of adventure
* High Fantasy and High magic
* Distinct cultures for human and non-human nations.
* Never far to the next country
* A Hollow Planet
* Immortals rather than Gods, and the Paths to Immortality
* A multitude of races and strange creatures, including the Rakasta Catfolk, the doglike Lupin and the Shapechanging Aranea spiders.
* Loveble and memorable NPCs

* Pseudo-historical settings;
* Complex political background (anyway, more so than other campaign settings ;) ).
