Wat we all think (I suppose) is that Sky Shield is the boundary between air and vacuum, atmosphere and space. Right?
I was planning a nice travel for my PCs, maybe in an Alphatian flying ship. So I was reading again Dawn of the Emperors book 3 (Player's guide to Alphatia), the red one.
Page 4: I found that Alphatians filled their solar system with air.
As in my "Mystaraspace" the old Alphatian planet is in the same solar system (I call them "crystal spheres, as I use SpellJammer), I was thinking about filling all the sphere with breathable air...
Interesting for some "unmatching" thinks, such as Myoshimans rakasta: winged tigers could do it if all the voyage is in air filled space...

Did someone else filled void space around Mystara with air? And explored it?

I think Bruce Heard explored this possibility in one of his Heldannic Knights articles over at the Vaults. I think it is a pretty cool idea. You would probably have to think about how this would affect the sun though...
