Actually, as stated many times over in the source material, Destiny's Kingdom (aka Hamanu's Palace) is significantly larger in scale than Urik-proper. However, the rest of his map is entirely inaccurate, as far as general layout. First impressions tells me that not a single part of the map is placed correctly according to the source materials.

The starting point was a map found at Xlorep's website if memory serves.

Well, the info found on Raam was used to form the map that's found in Dregoth Ascending. Unfortunately, Cyrus was unable to finish the others before he was involved in the accident that took his life. I know, for certain, that he had begun work on a map of Urik, as I was funneling him information on that City-State - so as to help keep it as accurate as possible. As for Balic, I'm fairly certain that it was never begun.
Dawnstealer - whereever has he been?? - did an excellent map of his own for Balic... I'll have to look around for it, or just wait for someone else to post the link. It does have a few minor inaccuracies, but for the most part, it's really well done.

Googling the WotC boards can be a bit of a hassle...but of course, Cyrus + Urik would probably have done it pretty easy. Oh well, lazy me
Forgive me for asking, but is googling the best way to track down info and threads on the boards? I've tried using the WotC search engine (which was crap) and looking for some kind of index. I ask coz I'd like to dig up some great stuff that I didn't copy down from the boards, like the knights of the cleansing wars and some setting ideas on necrovorous or corpse eating underground dwarves of the Anattan wastes(!). Plus to get updates from those who worked on these...
The best (and only) way to search for stuff on the boards is to use the advanced search function on google.
You need to specify the domain as "boards1.wizards.com".
I wish WotC would sort out the search function on the boards but we've all been saying that for what seems like years !!
The other way (if you already know what you're looking for) is to use the excellent archive thread at the top of the forum.
Its maintained by Pennarin and is a repository of links to material generated by members of this community.

It was my first thread, (sniff and fond rememberance), and I wrote a grand total of 8 words!
which promted a great response from Greyorm, who has since taken offense I think at something I wrote recently about Oronis
