Greyhawk Rulers - Dullstrand

Does anyone know the 1E or 2E ruler of Dullstrand?
I recollect that this was never covered in that source material, and that now this is part of Living Greyhawk group.

2E...I think FtA mentions the Masters of Dullstrand, but doesn't name names. IIRC (though I don't have my books to hand, so I'd look for confirmation on this), that's where the LG Dullstrand built from.

Jul 18, 2006 14:35:29 		That said - having looked - I can't find any references to the Masters of Dullstrand. They may have been a LG invention therefore. There are few throwaway references to the town though in the Atlas of the Flanaess booklet from FtA.
