Hey all. I'm going to be running X10 for my group in a few months, and I'm planning on incorporating a lot of miniatures. Most are going to be drawn from my collection of D&D minis, but I'm at a bit of a loss for representing the nefarious troops of Desert Nomads.

Anyone have some suggestions?

Do you have the "Orcs on a Rampage" tokens from Gaz10? IIRC, some of the tokens used there are very similar to the ones used in X10 (I'd have to double check to be sure, but at least IIRC they used the same artwork).

[EDIT- This will teach me not to read more carefully; for some reason I thought you'd lost the tokens from X10 and were looking for replacements.]

Games Workshop Lord of the Rings, Hardrim and Easterlings?

Admittedly an expensive option.

Well, after a fantastically long amount of looking, I came across a British company called BlackTreeDesigns. They have a great line of historical minis in 28 mm scale called Warriors of Islam. I got 11 potential nomads for $25 including shipping!
