If you haven't already, take a look at preview 6 of the new Blood War D&D minis set. There's a certain half-elven Hero of the Lance making an appearance, though not in name. He is listed as "Free League Ranger." Not sure why they went with a Planescape-themed title for it, but its definitely the ol' red-bearded, arrow-slinger himself. The other two featured minis are Planescape-themed, and are actually from Planescape. Oh, these will all be Common minis, so most likely you'll be able to come across them after a couple boosters.

Draconians would be awesome, but at this point I'll take what I can get.
Although some basic "knight" figures...maybe with a generic rose, crown, sword, thorn, skull, or lily symbol on them might be cool too. Plus, in the September previews, the Blood of Vol Cultist will make an excellent proxy for a red robe....then in WotDQ we basically got Tahkisis...well, at least the 5-headed dragon version. All and all I'm happy. I mean, more DIRECT DL figures would rock, but given the fact that we saw little to nothing for about 4-5 sets, this seems to be like a welcomed showering of gifts from WotC.

BUT I STILL WANT A KENDER!!!!
Oh, and Caramon Majere, and Raistlin, Flint, Tika, Sturm, Toede, Kitiara, Kingpriest, Crysania, Half-Ogres, Gully Dwarves, Goldmoon, Riverwind, and a collosal Inn of the Last Home released as an Iconic...just to name a few :D :D

I have the actual Takhisis pewter mini, though I haven't figured out how to assemble it yet. I should do that someday...

I actually managed to pick up a Ral Partha "Heroes of the Lance" and a "Red Dragon w/ rider" boxed sets for 35 bucks each on Ebay about 2 years ago, then a second Sturm as a trade from a guy at the local store....I had to trade my Aspect of Orcus...but this was BEFORE I got any of the others, plus ITS FRIGGIN STURM! Which if you hadn't noticed the name, was one of my absolute favs. Then I've made it a hell-bound mission to get the WotC figues as they've come out. I have Soth, Mina, 8 Hill Dwarves, 6 Kapaks, 10 Baaz, and the your minotaur...which works nicely as the medium counterpart in Krynn.:D

:evillaugh But I must have more!! :evillaugh

I've got #3631 of 5000. I've also been fortunate enough to track down all the old Ral Partha Dragonlance minis and a good number of the Ravenloft ones as well.

#4817 here, I also got Ral Partha DL Villans just won a set of Heros on E-bay the other day. A set of the Draconians. In Ravenloft did they ever mak a set of anything other then the Denizens, cause I got them. I love Ral Partha Minatures, although never managed to get me one of those mounted Lord Soth minis, man that's sweet pie.

To my knowledge, Ravenloft only had 2 boxed sets. Denizens was one, the other was Dr Mordenheim's lab. All other minis were blister packed, and in some cases, the blister packs contained multiple characters. A few examples were you could get a few of Soth's Skeleton Warriors on horseback in one blister pack, another pack had a different sculpt for Strad, and had a Vistani gypsy, Vlad Drakov, and some other character I can't recall (I'm not at home at the moment). Several other smaller blister packs as well for various monsters and a few minor darklords, etc.

Dragonlance had about 8 different boxed sets (Villains, Heroes, Draconians, Soth's Charge, Takhisis Limited Edition, Huma's Silver Dragon, Red Dragon of Krynn, and a much older box of crudely scultped minis simply called 'Dragonlance'). They also had several blister packs featuring some of the more prominent characters in the different stories.

Planescape had 2 boxes that I recall seeing, one for the gods of good, the other for the gods of evil. IIRC, Forgotten Realms had 2-3 boxed sets, which are very hard to find online, even on ebay. I don't recall seeing any boxed sets for Dark Sun or any of the other old campaign worlds, but I do recall seeing a few different blister packs for Dark Sun characters, mostly monsters.

There were 3 different sculpts of Soth used. One was the version of him in the DL Villains set holding a sword out to his side. Another version has him with his arms crossed over his chest. And there's the one with him on a Nightmare, holding a flaming mace or something.

The sword version was only in the Villains set. The crossed arms were in the blister packs and the Ravenloft Denizens set. The horseback was in Soth's Charge, and I once heard you could get that version in a blister pack as well, but I've never actually seen it.

Yeah, I have Soth from Villans and Denizens, it's mounted Soth that I lack (begins to cry).

That really pisses me off. It is Tanis, not just an amazing look alike. It is almost exactly the same picture as the one on the front of War of the Lance setting, except he has an arrow ready and not getting one from his quiver. Why didn't they call it Tanis Half-Elven? WasMordenkainen, "Weird-Looking Wizard with Staff"? They named Soth, and Mina, who less people will likely know off.

No no... Soth is *definately* better known.

I was refering to Tanis being better known than Mina, which most DL fans really do not like.
