I know this has been talked about before, and, as a caveat, I haven't actually done the math, but: in looking at some maps just now, I noticed that Karameikos is about the same size as Wisconsin...coincidence? I think not! EDIT: Okay, I did do the math, and the area of Kara is closer to Pennsylvania. Wisconsin is bigger. But that did lead me to start comparing things, and I at least feel better about the size of the "Known World" now. I used to think it was way too small to contain what it was supposed to, but on seeing that Ethengar is comparable to Montana, I'm happier.
