Who would win in a race? From Tyr to Nibenay, thats approx 2.5 days to get their.
A Tribe of Elves v. Clutch of Thri-Kreen.
Elves can Run for 1hr (10miles) + 7 hrs of hustling for a total of 66miles in 8 hours.
Elves still have to sleep correct?
While the Kreen can continue on for 24 hours, for 96miles, and continue walking.
Is it me or will the Kreen just walking at 40' will beat the Elves Hustling at 80' excluding the 160' for 1hr of the elves.
Is my math off or something, I was just curious who would win. Excluding encounters with anything that will slow them down, or w/e.

The kreen would win. They would ambush the elves just west of Silver Spring and then eat them, before continuing on to Nibenay at their leisure.

...and the elves would probably get distracted by some "money-making opportunity" along the way anyway.

Thri-kreen do not sleep, but they have to rest. In the first DS boxed set Thri-kreen and Muls could travel for 16 hours/day, while other races, including elves, travel for 8 hour/day.

So in my opinion elves would win (66 miles/day), since thri-kreen (64 miles/day) cannot overstand 24 hours traveling.

One of the big advantages of the Kreen is that their are better at navigating rough terrain. They can jump from rock to rock and over a small chasm, something the Elfs cannot do. Unless there are cliffs in the way, then the Elfs have the advantage, Kreen are bad at climbing.

Oh ty! I was just wondering just incase I had an Elf NPC on the run in my Campaign I am setting up. I imagine a lone elf running from a pack of Thri-Kreen after ambushing his tribe leaving just one elf alive. They let him get a head start and the nearest city is Nibenay, in which he could possibly get help for revenge or drown him self in the underworld of Nibenay.
