Pocket Greyhawk?

I heard there was a pocket verison of the original Greyhawk Gazeteer (sp?). I've seen such versions of the Basic and Advanced rules a while ago, but haven't been able to find them since. Who published these, and where can I find them, if they are still in print?

i don't know the publisher, but I do know they are OOP and I've seen them for sale at conventions at wholesaler booths.

I picked up the mini version of the Greyhawk Adventures hardcover way back in the day when these came out, just for the heck of it. Kinda wish I had picked up the Campaign Box as well.
